The PDF has line items, shipping, any discounts, and your payment terms spelled out, so you can forward it straight to your purchasing office or grant administrator. No sales calls required unless you want one.
Right away. The quote builder generates a PDF the moment you submit, and it lands in your inbox within a minute or two. If something looks off or you don’t see the email, check your spam folder first, then write sales@kidsmakethingsbetter.com and we’ll re-send.
180 days from the date we send it. That’s six months — enough time to route a PO through most school districts, wait on grant disbursement, or loop in a principal who’s out for the summer. If you need more time than that, just reply to the quote email and we’ll extend it.
Yes. We accept POs from schools, districts, museums, and registered nonprofits with Net 15 payment terms. Include the PO number on your quote acceptance and we’ll invoice your finance team directly. If your district needs us set up as a vendor first, just say so on the form — we’ll send you a W-9 and any other paperwork you need.
Four: ACH bank transfer (5% discount applied to your quote); Purchasing card (3% processing fee applies on orders over $1,500); Purchase order (Net 15 terms, invoice after shipment); Check (mailed to our office after you sign the quote). Choose your method on the form and the quote calculates discounts and fees automatically.
Yes. We have a few ways discounts stack up: 5% off for paying by ACH (applied automatically); volume coupons (if you’ve received one from us — from a call, a sample pack, a conference, or a district-wide offer, enter it on the form); multi-Spark bundling (ordering across grade bands and Spark types often qualifies for a larger discount than a single type). If you’re quoting a large or district-wide order, email sales@kidsmakethingsbetter.com before you submit and we’ll look at pricing with you.
Absolutely — a quote is a starting point, not a commitment. Reply to the quote email with what you’d like to change (quantities, a different Spark mix, a different ship-to address, PD add-on, etc.) and we’ll send you an updated PDF. You only sign when it’s right.
We ship throughout the US by default. For international orders, email sales@kidsmakethingsbetter.com with the destination country and we’ll quote shipping and handling separately — international freight, customs, and duties are calculated case-by-case.
Yes, shipping is built into every quote by default. Our formula is simple: $18 for the first pack, plus $4 for each additional pack. So ten packs in one shipment is $18 + (9 × $4) = $54 total shipping. If you’re picking up at our warehouse instead of shipping, select that on the form and shipping drops to $0.
Check the “W-9 required” box on the form and we’ll send our W-9 along with your quote. If your district or org needs us registered as a vendor in your procurement system, reply to the quote email with the forms and we’ll fill them out — same day for most systems, within a business day for everything else.
Yes. Check the “Wants PD / orientation” box on the form and we’ll include a short PD session with your order — either a live orientation call or recorded walkthroughs tailored to the Sparks you’re buying. PD is included at no extra charge for most orders; for larger district rollouts we can arrange a custom training.
Yes — and most buyers do. Our Sparks cover Pre-K through 8th grade, and a single quote can include any mix. If you’re ordering for a whole school or a multi-grade program, the quote builder lets you add as many different Sparks as you need and calculates pricing across all of them at once.
